Entering and revising data.
As soonest you create a workbook you can begin to enter data into it one way is to click the cell and type in your work thats when you entering small pieces of data another way is to copy and paste some data that works good when your entering a large amount of data. Excel also helps you enter data according to the pattern that your showing.
Moving Data within a workbook
Their are many ways to move a specific cell in lots of ways, but one of the most direct method is to click the cell to which you want to move. When you click the cell it will be outlined and its contents will appear in the formula bar. Then you can modify the formula by clicking what do you want to do( add, subtract, and other) and then clicking or dragging the cell you want it to take effect on it. You can also make room for a column or rows so you can insert extra data.
Finding and replacing Data
You can have up to one million rows in excel but if you have so much Data it will be to hard to move row by row to find what your looking for. thats why you use the find and replace dialog box that is located in the home tab.
