excel 2007 gives you a handy place to store and organize your data. But not just that you can also calculate the data you have in many different ways.
Naming Groups of Data
When you use a large amount it is often useful to identify groups of cells that contain related data. Like you can get a selected group of cell to identify them compared to others. So that range of cells will be easier to find. A way to do that is to select the cells you want to name then in the reference tab click the name from selection and name your cells. Next time you want to go their just look it up in the cell name and you will get their much easier.
Creating Formulas to Calculate Values.
After you write data you can create a formula for the previous data you just wrote. And you can say where do you want your answer. You can do sums averages counts and many more just go to the formula dialog box.
