setting up a workbook

When adding a workbook You first appear with Three worksheets. On a workbook with that you have several options on how do you want to name your worksheets how many you want and more.
Another option you have is when you have a lot of workbooks open you can sort them out so they wont take much space.
You can also modify you your quick access toolbar so you wont have to be looking for commands every little while.ask it will always open with three blank worksheets. And you have to add any style you want.
When you save a work in a different format or over wright the previous one that you had for that workbook.
In a workbook you can click the office button and click the properties and you can look at all the comments tittles keywords and more.
On the custom tab of the advanced properties dialog box. to select of the existing custom category. or create your own like the date numbers and text.
When your doing a lot of records you have you can subdivide by adding more worksheets and to do that just click the worksheet tab on the tab bar ( just below the grid of cells).
A name of a worksheet doesn't always have to be sheet 1 or sheet 2 or so on. You can change the name of a worksheet depending on what you doing or depending on the tittle of the Workbook.
another way to work with ore than one workbook is to copy a worksheet from a workbook to a current one you can copy a worksheet by right clicking it and then it will tell you how you want to copy it or when do you want to move it to.
You can also change the order of the worksheets by clicking and dragging. or if you want one worksheet to out stand from the others you can right click it and change the color or make it 3D so it will out stand.
You can also temporarily delete or hide a worksheet fro a certain amount of time.
